Over the years, as a “Chief People Officer” in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Construction and Health Care industries, I’ve led a broad range of employee groups to organizational success.
Development of executive compensation and incentive plans in a variety of industries has been a challenging endeavor, and my work in succession planning over the years has been most rewarding. For example, I led the effort as a consultant for a large physicians’ liability company in the planned transition of the two top executive positions. For a large privately held construction and materials company, I developed a performance incentive plan and updated and revised a costly pension plan.
With all my large corporation experience, my recent efforts working with small, family-owned organizations has been challenging and rewarding particularly in the areas of organization planning and mentoring junior executives.
