Henry has spent 50 years as CEO, Chairman and/or President of a variety of companies in the restaurant and computer-related businesses.

Henry was a “professional company fix-it man” in his early years, working with venture capitalists to turn struggling early-stage companies into successful enterprises.  He led several restaurant companies in both the casual dining and quick service segments of the business, overseeing over 170 restaurants during his career.  He spent four years in the late 1990’s running an online resume database company.  He guided two restaurant companies through successful Chapter 11 reorganizations and is sophisticated in financial restructurings and turnarounds.

Henry has served on numerous Boards of Directors, both public and private and he continues to serve on both for-profit and not-for-profit boards.  He is a graduate of Yale University.
